The Sparks Police Division has confirmed that viral video circulating on social media is the person suspected of taking pictures six folks at Reno’s Grand Sierra Resort on Monday morning.
The video, which was captured and posted on social media by Jimmy Garcia, exhibits a person wearing darkish clothes, working from the entrance of the Grand Sierra Resort close to the valet space headed for the entrance parking zone.
